The architecture

Why static passes fail under real event density.

When a ticketing provider issues a static QR code, it becomes an easily duplicated screenshot. Attendees share copied barcodes across chat groups, and duplicate passes flood turnstiles.

OrbitX generates cryptographic nonces that cycle dynamically on the attendee's device. If a screenshot is captured and shared, the nonce expires before the unauthorized pass reaches the turnstile.
